Shipping policy

*COVID19 NOTICE*: Please allow extra time for deliveries during this time, orders and shipping may take longer than usual depending on the country. Some of the countries overseas are experiencing delays of 1, 2 month. Once I have a shipped an order it is out of my control, but please contact me for any concerns you may have about your order or if you are experiencing delays.

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Delivery Times

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For UK Standard flat rate shipping: We offer £0.99 flat rate shipping to the United Kingdom.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miss Little Eve is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me that your order has been dispatched.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at [email protected] with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

You can create an account and check the status and all the details of your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that you are not happy with your order or arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
